摘 要:制革装备对保证成革质量、提高生产率、降低成本、改善劳动条件及采用新工艺等具有重要作用。本文概括了制革生产装备的现状,总结归纳了面临的主要问题,提出制革行业应顺应时代发展智能化生产。重点分析了目前制革生产智能化中的亮点和一些可能的应用场景,最后展望了数字化制革工艺和上、下料机械手的发展远景。The equipment of leather manufacturing has important effect on guaranteeing the quality of leather product,raising productivity,lowering the cost,improving labor conditions and adopting a new technology.This paper summarized the current situation of the equipment and the main problems for leather manufacturing.The application of intelligent leather manufacturing has been recognized,which has become the inevitable trend of the development of leather processing.The advantage of the intelligent leather manufacturing present and future were analyzed.Finally,the development of digital leather making process and loading and unloading manipulator was prospected.
