摘　　要：脱贫攻坚重在当下,也要谋于长远。当前已经到了脱贫攻坚收官阶段,面对今年战贫叠加战“疫”的新情况,我们须理清工作思路,拿出新的办法,亟须解决如何有效衔接我国脱贫攻坚战略与乡村振兴战略规划政策这一问题,科学有序推动我国减贫战略及工作体系平稳转型,以适应我国所有贫困地区长期发展和实现乡村振兴战略总目标的要求。本文探析了各地区脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴战略规划政策有效衔接的意义,并提出有效衔接的实现策略,进而推动乡村现代化建设。Poverty alleviation should focus on the immediate,but also on the long-term.Current has reached a crucial poverty endgame,facing war lean superposition war"disease"this year's new situation,we must clarify working ideas,took out a new way to be solved how to effectively the poverty crucial strategy and strategy of rejuvenating rural planning policy this problem,scientific and orderly promote poverty reduction strategies and working system in a smooth transition,to adapt to all the longterm development of the poor areas in our country and achieve the strategy of rejuvenating rural overall goal request.This paper analyzes the significance of effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategic planning policies in various regions,and puts forward effective implementation strategies to promote rural modernization.
