摘 要:以陆地边境省区城市化发展水平及效率为研究对象,选取2012年至2018年陆地边境9省区为考察样本,借助MATLAB 2018a和DEAP 2.1,利用熵权法和DEA分析,构建了陆地边境省区城市化发展水平指数,计算陆地边境省区城市化发展水平,并测算各省区城市化发展全要素生产率。结果表明,陆地边境省区城市化发展水平较高的省区是内蒙古、新疆和甘肃,城市化发展水平较低的省区是西藏、广西和辽宁,吉林、黑龙江和云南属于中等发展水平。陆地边境省区城市化的全要素生产率整体而言是缺乏效率的,而且,投入要素的效率由低向高排序分别是全社会固定资产投资、社会消费、人口、地方财政支出和进出口。据此,提出加快技术进步、调整固定投资结构以及优化城市规划的政策建议。This paper takes the urbanization development level and efficiency of land border provinces and autonomous regions as the research object,takes nine land border provinces and autonomous regions from 2012 to 2018 as samples,constructs the urbanization development level index of land border provinces and autonomous regions with the help of MATLAB2018a and DEAP2.1,using entropy weight method and DEA analysis,calculates the urbanization development level of land border provinces and autonomous regions,and further calculates the total factor productivity of urbanization development of each province and autonomous region.The results indicate that the provinces and autonomous regions with higher level of urbanization are Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang and Gansu,the provinces with lower level of urbanization are Tibet,Guangxi and Liaoning,and Jilin,Heilongjiang and Yunnan belong to the middle level of development.Moreover,the total factor productivity of urbanization in land border provinces and autonomous regions is inefficient as a whole,and the order of input factor efficiency from low to high is social fixed assets investment,social consumption,population,local fiscal expenditure and import and export.Consequently,some policy suggestions are made for speeding up technological progress,adjusting fixed investment structure and optimizing urban planning.
