摘 要:按第一产业收入占家庭总收入的比例,本研究将兼业农户划分为纯农户、Ⅰ兼农户、Ⅱ兼农户和非农户,从承包地承载的生产、保障、财产和心理功能的角度,构建家庭收益策略函数对兼业农户承包权退出行为机理进行分析。结果表明,Ⅱ兼农户和非农户退地的风险较小;农户的承包权退出不仅是农户的心理问题、退出与持有承包权预期收益的权衡问题,还是补偿对承包地功能的替代问题;非农收入获取能力越强、农业劳动力再就业成本越低、对承包地的财产性增值收益期望越小,农户退出土地承包权的条件越易达成;其中,在退地补偿标准未明晰的条件下,受农户对承包地财产性增值收益期望的影响,农户收入水平与承包权退出倾向在一定程度上呈“倒U型”关系。According to the proportion of primary industry income to total family income,this paper divides part-time farmers into pure farmers,I-part-time farmers,II-part-time farmers and non-farmers,and constructs a family income strategy function to analyze the withdrawal mechanism of part-time farmers’contract rights from the perspectives of production,security,property and psychological functions carried by contracted land.The results show that the risk of withdrawal for II-part-time farmers and non-farmers is relatively small.The withdrawal of part-time farmers’contract rights is not only a psychological problem of farmers,a trade-off of expected income between withdrawal and holding land contract right,but also a replacement of compensation for the functions of contracted land.The stronger the ability of farmers to obtain non-agricultural income,the lower the reemployment cost of agricultural labor force,and the smaller the expectation of property value-added benefits of contracted land,the easier it is for farmers to withdraw from the land contract right.Among them,under the condition that the compensation standard for land withdrawal is not clear,the income level of farmers and the withdrawal tendency of contracted rights an“inverted U-shaped”relationship to a certain extent affected by farmers’expectation of property value-added benefits of contracted land.
