摘 要:为缓和浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)晃动时液化石油气(Liquefied Petroleum Gas,LPG)大型储罐内的液体介质对壳体的冲击影响,在LPG储罐内设置破浪板。采用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)软件分析破浪板对流体晃动的抑制作用并进行受力计算。利用流体体积(Volume of Fluid,VOF)气液两相模型建立六面体与四面体网格混合划分模型,通过CFD的动网格功能模拟船体晃动。结果表明,选取的数值计算模型与试验结果吻合较好。数值模拟结果表明设置破浪板能够有效降低晃动幅度,稳定气液界面,稳定压力分布和波动,减小罐体受液体冲击力,从而确保LPG储罐在FPSO上的使用安全。In order to suppress the impact of liquid in the large Liquefied Petroleum Gas(LPG)storage tanks of Floating Production Storage and Offloading(FPSO)on the hull,the wave-breaking plates are used.The Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)software is used to analyze the sloshing suppression features of the wave-breaking plates and the stress calculation is carried out.The Volume of Fluid(VOF)gas-liquid two-phase model is used to establish the mixed mesh generation model of hexahedron and tetrahedron.The ship sloshing is simulated by the dynamic grid function of CFD.The results show that the accuracy of the numerical model is verified by the comparison with the experimental data.The numerical simulation results show that the wavebreaking plates could effectively suppress the movement of the liquid,stabilize the pressure distribution and fluctuation,reduce the impact of liquid on the tank,and thus ensure the safe application of the large LPG tanks on FPSO.
