摘  要:马钢2号2500 m^(3)高炉二代炉役大修采用软水密闭循环与工业水开路循环的联合水系统方案,开炉后很快达产。之后受原燃料质量恶化影响,高炉炉况急剧下滑。为提高炉缸活性,对冷却壁水冷系统增加了软水分流设计,用于调节冷却壁的水量,使其冷却强度与高炉生产实际情况相适应,达到了调节炉况和降低燃料消耗的目标。The combined water system scheme of soft water closed cycle and industrial water open circuit circulation was adopted in the 2nd generation overhaul of 2^(#) 2500 m^(3) blast furnace of Masteel,the blast furnace reaches its production capacity soon after blowing in.After that,affected by the deterioration of the quality of raw materials and fuels,the blast furnace condition declined sharply.In order to improve the hearth activity,the soft water diversion design was added to the cooling stave water cooling system for regulating the amount of water in the cooling wall,so that the cooling intensity of the cooling stave is suitable to the actual situation of blast furnace production,so as to achieve the goal of adjusting furnace conditions and reducing fuel consumption.
