摘  要:本文分析了铸坯拉速和浸入式水口浸入深度对结晶器液面波动的影响。为深入研究不同拉速和浸入式水口浸入深度等对结晶器内流场的影响,优化结晶器流场,稳定结晶器液位,控制结晶器卷渣缺陷的发生,提高板坯质量,针对断面为1050 mm×200 mm的IF钢浇铸进行插钉板试验。研究表明:铸坯拉速在一定范围内增加时,浸入式水口浸入深度不宜太深,更有利于结晶器液位稳定。In this paper,the influence of the slab casting speed and immersion depth of submerged entry nozzle(SEN)on liquid level fluctuation is analyzed in mold.In order to intensive study the influence of different casting speed and immersion depth of SEN on the flow field in the mold,further optimize the flow field of the mold and stabilize the liquid level of the mold,controlling the occurrence of mould slag entrapment defect,and improve the quality of the slab,the casting process of the IF steel with a section of 1050 mm×200 mm was used for the nail board experiments.The results indicate that the immersion depth of SEN should not be too deep when the casting speed increases within a certain range,more conducive to mold liquid level stability.
