摘  要:通过控制固溶级数、时间和冷却方式等参数,研究了不同双级固溶处理方式对喷射成形7055超高强铝合金组织和力学性能的影响。采用电导率测试、硬度测试、力学性能测试、扫描电镜测试等方法,得到以下结论:双级固溶处理粗大的初生相固溶更充分,易控制组织形貌特征;最佳的双级固溶处理工艺为450℃×180 min+475℃×180 min+室温水冷,其合金的抗拉强度达到σb=686.2 MPa,伸长率δ=12.5%,电导率38.0%IACS。The effects of different two-stage solution treatments on the microstructure and mechanical properties of spray forming 7055 ultra-high strength aluminum alloy were studied by controlling the solid solution series,time and cooling mode.Using electrical conductivity test,hardness test,mechanical property test and scanning electron microscopy test method,get the following conclusion:two-stage rough solid solution treatment of coarse primary phase solid solution is more adequate,easy to control the characteristics of tissue morphology,the best two-stage solid solution treatment process is 450℃×180 min+475℃×180 min+room temperature water cooling,the tensile strength of the alloy reaches toσb=686.2 MPa,elongationδ=12.5%,conductivity 38.0%IACS.
