摘  要:针对舱外航天服头盔用滤光面窗,分别从需求分析、技术指标体系建立、设计与仿真计算、工艺试验、环境适应性考核验证等方面,开展了滤光面窗技术研究,研制了ITO膜/Au膜/PC面窗结构的滤光面窗。结果表明:该滤光面窗能有效衰减紫外线,过滤可见光,遮断红外线,对近地轨道空间环境具有良好适应性。The Sun visor of Extra-vehicular Activity(EVA)spacesuit helmet was systematically studied in this paper.The requirements were analyzed,the technical index system was established,the design and simulation calculation were conducted,the process experiment was studied,and the environmental adaptability was verified.Moreover,the Sun visor with ITO film/Au film/PC visorstructure was developed.The results showed that the Sun visor could effectively attenuate the UV radiation,filter the visible light and insulate the infrared light.It has excellent adaptability to low earth orbit environment.
