摘  要:针对小功率负载的限流电阻保护设计不规范问题,给出了基本设计原则,提出了限流电阻功率接近和远超额定功率2种工况下的详细设计方法,并以3种常用传感器限流电阻保护电路为例,采用不同阻值、同封装,同阻值、不同封装进行试验验证。试验结果表明:该设计方法有效,试验数据对航天器产品限流电阻的选取提供了数据支持。To solve the non-standard design problem of current-limiting resistance protection for small power load,the basic design principles were given,and the detailed design methods were put forward under two working conditions:the power of current-limiting resistance was close to or far beyond the rated power.Taking three kinds of current-limiting resistance protection circuits for common sensors as examples,different resistance values with the same package and the same resistance value with different packages were used to verify the proposals.The test results showed that the design method was effective and the test data could provide data support for the selection of current limiting resistors of spacecraft products.
