中成药合理应用的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:使用CiteSpace对1983-2019年中国知网(CNKI)中有关中成药合理使用的相关论文进行可视化分析。该文借由解读与分析可视化图谱,以了解目前中成药的研究趋势与发展,提高医生与患者对中成药合理使用的重视。方法:检索知网(CNKI)近40年中成药用药合理性研究的有关文献,以Refworks的格式导出,并以CiteSpace软件生成可视化图谱,对关键词、作者、机构、时间热点进行分析。结果:共纳入1064篇有效文献,高频关键词“中成药”关联内容涵盖:合理应用、不良反应、疗效、感冒、中药处方点评。表明合理用药为现代研究中成药之热点所在,而感冒、儿科疾病、骨科疾病等常见病亦列于研究热点之内。结论:对中成药使用中“是中医,又非中医”之现况提出思考,无论临床医生或普通大众,对合理运用中成药都应该更加重视,应当在中医基础理论指导下用药,通过辨证论治,减少不良反应,确保安全用药。Intenti:on CiteSpace was used to make a visual analysis of the literatures related to the rational use of Chinese patent medicine in the China Knowledge Network Infrastructure(CNKI)from 1983 to 2019.The report aims to interpret and analyze the visual graphics,understand the tendency and development of the study about Chinese Patent Medicine,and to raise the importance on the use of Chinese patent medicine to doctors and patients.Methods:Search the relevant literatures with CNKI on the use of Chinese patent medicine in the past 40 years,export them in the form of Refworks,and generate a visual map with CiteSpace software to analyze keywords,authors,institutions,and time hotspots.Result:A total of 1064 valid literatures were taken into considerate.High frequency keywords"Chinese patent medicine"related content covers:rational application,adverse reactions,efficacy,common cold,Chinese medicine prescription comments.It showed that rational use of Chinese patent medicine is a hotspot in modern research.Moreover,common cold,pediatric diseases,orthopedic diseases,and other most common diseases were also listed in research hotspots.Conclusion:This paper concluded the following concepts:to reflect on the current situation of“Chinese medicine,not Chinese medicine”in the use of Chinese patent medicine,both clinicians and the general public should pay attention to the rational use of the Chinese patent medicine,should be guided by the basic theory of Chinese medicine,through syndrome differentiation and treatment,reduce adverse reactions,and ensure the safe use of medicine.
