基于中药望闻问切理论对花类中药的特色探析

摘　　要：花类中药(简称花类药)是指用植物的花蕾、花朵入药,能够行气调经、解毒利湿、散瘀止血等[1]。花类药在中医用药史上历史悠久且效果良好。由于花类药本身的药性,使得它在妇科疾病中应用甚广。该文通过中药望闻问切理论阐述花类药的形、色、四气五味、升降沉浮等特性,并结合现代药理研究,探讨花类药在治疗妇科疾病中的作用和价值,以期拓展花类药的发展前景及应用范围。Flower traditional Chinese medicine(flower medicine for short)refers to the use of flower buds and flowers of plants as medicine,which can regulate qi and meridians,detoxify and diuresis,disperse blood stasis and stop bleeding[1].Flower medicine has a long history and good effect in the history of traditional Chinese medicine.Because of the properties of flower medicine,it is widely used in gynecological diseases.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper expounds the characteristics of flower drugs,such as shape,color,four Qi and five flavor,ups and downs,etc.,and discusses the role and value of flower drugs in the treatment of gynecological diseases in combination with modern pharmacological research,so as to expand the development prospect and application scope of flower drugs.
