摘  要:韧性理论已超越早期的工程范式和生态范式内涵,延伸为社会生态范式并广泛地应用于经济社会发展的诸多领域。图书馆作为社会协作与正常运作的一个组件,也需要投身到韧性社会的建设浪潮中。本文采用跨学科研究法、文献调查法和内容分析法,融合认知心理学的"自我效能理论"、精神分析学的"焦虑信号理论",以"韧性"素养为切入点,探究图书馆馆员韧性素养的作用机理、构成要素、体系框架及建构策略,为进一步提升图书馆的抗扰能力、修复图书馆与社会的连接、重塑图书馆的业务功能和服务能力提供借鉴与参考。Resilience theory has gone beyond the connotation of the early engineering paradigm and ecological paradigm and extended to the social ecological paradigm and has been widely applied in many fields of economic and social development. As a component of social cooperation and normal operation, libraries also need to participate in the construction of a resilient society. Through the interdisciplinary research method, literature research method and content analysis method, fusion "self-efficacy theory" of cognitive psychology, anxiety signal theory of psychoanalysis, and "toughness" literacy as the breakthrough point, this paper explores the role of librarians toughness quality mechanism, components, system framework and the construction strategy, to further enhance the immunity ability of the library, repair the library and social connections, and reshape the library’s business functions and service ability.
