神东烟煤中CaO在高炉喷吹中的作用及有价矸石排放减量化研究

摘　　要：根据神东烟煤CaO含量高的特点,通过试验研究煤粉中的CaO在高炉喷吹中的作用。研究结果表明,神东烟煤的高CaO含量特点可有效提高高炉风口区域煤粉的燃烧效率,同时减少高炉炼铁过程中助熔剂添加量,提高炼铁效率,降低生产成本。高炉每喷吹1 t神东高钙烟煤可为钢铁企业带来40~120元效益。同时,为实现煤炭利用价值的最大化,应根据钢铁企业用户需求,控制神东高钙烟煤的选煤深度,发展选择性选煤排矸脱灰技术,实现有价矸石排放减量化,减少排矸量,不仅有利于煤中有机组分的充分利用,而且有利于煤中灰分等无机组分的利用。In accordance with the characteristics of high contain of CaO in Shengdong coal,the role in CaO of blast furnace injection through the study of experiment are made. The study result shows that the characteristics of high CaO contain in Shendong coal can effectively heighten the burning efficiency of coal powder in blast furnace wind region while reducing the additive of flux during the process of reducing the blast furnace iron-making to heighten the efficiency of iron-making and reduce the production cost. The 1 t Shengdong high calcium of blast furnace for each time can bring 4 ~ 120 efficiency or iron enterprises. Meanwhile,we should realize the maximum of coal utilization in accordance with the requirement of iron enterprise users to control the coal preparation deepening of Shengdong high calcium and develop the coal selection coal technology of waste ash to realize the emission reduction of valuable fuzz and reduce gangue which is not only beneficiary of the full utilization of organized component but also beneficiary of utilization of ash in coal.
