摘　　要：本文介绍了插接式分线器在数字冲孔机上的应用,技术方案的介绍以及改造以后的效果。通过将数字冲孔机端子排连接线缆方式改为插接式分线器连接方式,使设备的维修效率和设备使用性能得到了大大的提高,首先降低了拆卸接线端子时维修人员的劳动强度和身体负荷;其次使设备出现短路虚接等问题可以得到快速的判断,缩短维修时间。同时还提高了生产效率,增加了设备开动率。This paper introduces the application of the socket splitter splitter in the digital puncher,the introduction of the technical scheme and the effect after the transformation.By changing the connection cable mode of terminal row of digital punching machine to plug-in wire distributor connection mode,the maintenance eff iciency and service performance of equipment have been greatly improve.Firstly,the labor intensity and body load of maintenance personnel when removing terminal blocks are reduced;Secondly,problems such as short circuit virtual connection of equipment can be quickly judged and maintenance time can be shortened.At the same time,the production efficiency is increased and the device start-up rate is increased.
