摘　　要：卷烟企业在不断发展期间,综合效益会受到内部、外部等多种因素的干扰而产生一定影响。其中,最为关键的内部因素便是精益管理,是提升现代卷烟企业合作生产效率、综合效益、核心竞争力的关键因素,而精益管理运用于卷烟合作生产工作中,能够为卷烟企业生产风险的识别与管控带来更具可靠性、稳定性的依据,可以说,做好精益管理建设工作,是提升卷烟合作生产效率,推动卷烟企业长远、稳健发展的重要举措。During the continuous development of cigarette enterprises,the comprehensive benef its will be affected by internal and external factors.Among them,the most critical internal factor is lean management,which is the key factor to improve the cooperative production eff iciency,comprehensive benef its and core competitiveness of modern cigarette enterprises.The application of lean management in cigarette cooperative production can bring more reliable and stable basis for the identif ication and control of production risks of cigarette enterprises.It can be said that we should do a good job in the construction of lean management.It is an important measure to improve the production eff iciency of cigarette cooperation and promote the longterm and steady development of cigarette enterprises.
