摘　　要：随着信息技术的不断发展,项目的数量及规模也在显著提升,进而对项目管理能力也提出了新的要求。将CMMI模型引入到项目管理中可以有效提升项目的应用水平和管理水平。基于此,本文对CMMI模型与项目管理的应用关系进行探究,从CMMI模型在项目管理中的特征、现阶段实行的项目管理模式、项目管理中存在的问题以及提升项目管理能力的路径等方面加以分析,从而进一步促进项目管理能力的提升。With the continuous development of information technology,the number and scale of the project is also signif icantly improved,which also puts forward new requirements for project management ability.The introduction of CMMI model into project management can effectively improve the application level and management level of the project.This paper explores the application relationship between CMMI model and project management,analyzes the characteristics of CMMI model in project management,the project management mode implemented at this stage,the problems existing in project management and the path to improve project management ability,so as to further promote the improvement of project management ability.
