摘　　要：根据煤炭开采大型化、高效化、现代化要求,对煤矿机械设备的要求也就越来越高。随着科技技术水平的发展提高,为采用新技术、新设备提供了条件。论述了GBRT煤矸智能分选系统的原理及主要特点;该系统在新维煤业的应用表明,不但选后煤中的含矸率和矸中的含煤率符合要求,而且可大幅度减少选矸人员,降低人工成本和潜在的安全事故风险,具有建设周期短、见效快、节能减排效果明显等优点。According to the requirements of large-scale,h igh-eff iciency a nd modernization of coal m ining,the requirements of coal mine machinery and equipment are also higher and higher.With the development of science and technology,it provides conditions for the adoption of new technology and new equipment.The principle and main characteristics of GDRT coal gangue intelligent separation system are discussed.The application of the system in Xinwei coal industry shows that not only the gangue rate in the coal and the coal content in the gangue meet the requirements,but also can greatly reduce the gangue sorting personnel,reduce the labor cost and potential safety accident risk,and has the advantages of short construction period,quick effect,obvious energy saving and emission reduction effect.
