新维煤矿2#层煤的可选性分析

摘  要:在分析新维煤矿2#层煤质特征的基础上,利用筛分试验和浮沉试验研究了该矿区煤的可选性。研究结果表明,该矿区的2#煤层为高灰、低硫无烟煤。筛分试验报告显示,25~13mm粒度级含量为27.667%,为主导粒级,筛分之后各粒度级水分、硫分无大的变化,但随着粒度减小煤的灰分逐渐降低,说明煤质脆易碎。浮沉试验结果显示,当分选密度为1.50g/cm3时,邻近物含量10.97%,为中等可选煤;当分选密度为1.60g/cm3时,邻近物含量36.60%,为难选煤。在分选密度为1.70g/cm3时,邻近物含量60.70%,为极难选煤。在分选密度为1.80g/cm3时,邻近物含量33.51%,为难选煤。在分选密度为2.00g/cm3时,邻近物含量3.78%,为易选煤。Based on the analysis of coal quality characteristics of No.2 Coal Seam in Xinwei coal mine,thewashability of coal in Xinwei coal mine was studied by screening test and float sink test.The results showthat the No.2 Coal Seam in the mining area is high ash and low sulfur anthracite.The screening test reportshows that the content of 25~13mm particle size is 27.667%,which is the main particle size.After screening.the moisture and sulfur content of each particle size class have no significant change,but with the decreaseof particle size,the ash content of coal gradually decreases,indicating that the coal is brittle and fragile.Theresults of float and sink tests show that when the separation density is 1.50g/cm^3,the content of adjacent matteris 10.97%,which is medium washable coal;when the separation density is 1.60g/cm^3,the content of adjacentmatter is 36.60%,which is difficult to be cleaned.When the separation density is 1.70g/cm^3,the content ofadjacent substances is 60.70%,which is extremely difficult to clean.When the separation density is 1.80g/cm^3,the content of adjacent substances is 33.51%,which is difficult to clean.When the separation density is 2.00g/cm^3,the content of adjacent matter is 3.78%,which is easy to clean.
