摘　　要：高校的创新创业教育与校企协同,在一定程度上满足了实践类教育的需要,极大地推动了产业与企业之间的对接需求。通过研究“四众”驱动下校企协同创新创业生态模式,提出“众创、众资、众力和众建”等创新模式构建思路。从创新生态链、价值链和服务链三个维度分析,体系具有平台多元化、形式多样化和层次递进性等特征,从而形成校企协同创新的人才培养模式。The innovation and entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities and school-enterprisecollaboration have met the needs of practical education to a certain extent,and greatly promoted the dockingneeds between industries and enterprises.By studying the ecological model of school-enterprise collaborativeinnovation and entrepreneurship driven by the"four crowds",the idea of constructing innovative modelssuch as"crowd creation,crowd funding,crowd power and crowd construction"is proposed.Analyzingfrom the three dimensions of innovation ecological chain,value chain and service chain,the lystem has thecharacteristics of diversified platforms,diversified forms and progressive levels,thus forming a talent trainingmodel for school-enterprise collaborative innovation.
