摘 要:为考查钢管废弃纤维再生混凝土这一新型组合构件在纯弯作用下的力学性能,通过ABAQUS有限元软件,综合考察钢管壁厚、再生粗骨料取代率、废弃纤维长度和废弃纤维体积掺量对钢管废弃纤维再生混凝土纯弯构件力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,钢管壁厚是影响钢管废弃纤维再生混凝土构件极限抗弯承载力最重要的因素,而再生粗骨料取代率、废弃纤维长度和废弃纤维体积掺量可以不作为钢管废弃纤维再生混凝土构件抗弯承载力的考虑因素。此外,通过对普通钢管混凝土与钢管废弃纤维再生混凝土进行比较发现,钢管废弃纤维再生混凝土来替代普通钢管混凝土是完全可以的。To examine the mechanical properties of a new type of composite member of steel tube waste fiber recycled concrete under pure bending,the article comprehensively investigates the influence of steel pipe wall thickness,replacement rate of reclaimed coarse aggregate,waste fiber length and waste fiber volume content on the mechanical properties of steel pipe waste fiber recycled concrete pure bending members through ABAQUS finite element software.The research results show that the thickness of steel pipe wall is the most important factor affecting the ultimate flexural capacity of steel pipe waste fiber recycled concrete members,and replacement rate of reclaimed coarse aggregate,the length of waste fiber and the content of waste fiber volume can not be considered as the flexural capacity of recycled steel tube fiber concrete members.In addition,by comparing ordinary steel tube concrete with steel tube waste fiber recycled concrete,it is found that it is completely possible to replace ordinary steel tube concrete with steel tube waste fiber recycled concrete.
