摘  要:以某数控大赛零件为研究对象,通过对编程技术电脑自动补偿模式和机床控制补偿模式特点的研究,利用各自优劣势制定出组合式补偿模式。组合式编程补偿模式进一步改进了编程工艺,可扩大可选刀具范围,减少刀具使用数量、加工时间、工人劳动强度,从而大大优化了加工工艺流程,整体提高产品的质量精度,此工艺用到企业中将大幅度提高其经济效益。This paper takes the parts of NC contest as the research object,Through the research on the charac teristics of computer automatic compensation mode and machine tool control compensation mode of programming technology,the combined compensation mode is established by using their respective advantages.The combined pro gramming compensation mode further improves the programming process,which can expand the range of optional tools,reduce the number of tools may be used,and reduce the processing time,and the labor intensity.Therefore,it greatly optimizes the processing process,improves the quality and accuracy of products and its economic benefits when it is used in enterprises.
