摘  要:设计了一种自动开窗装置,用于实现玻璃幕墙水平中悬窗的自动化开窗操作。根据水平中悬窗的结构特点,设计了开窗传动装置、开窗驱动装置、移位平台装置等结构,完成了整体结构的实体三维建模。系统设计以固高CPAC伺服控制试验台为基础,采用了与工业计算机集成的GUC嵌入式多轴通用运动控制器为控制核心,实现了水平中悬窗的自动化启闭操作。设计人机交互界面实现了系统参数输入,在线状态监控。测试结果表明:系统对开窗装置进行了有效的控制,实现了窗户的自动化启闭控制,具有广阔的市场潜力和一定的参考价值。This paper introduces an automatic windowing device for realizing the automatic window opening of the glass curtain wall.According to the structure characteristics of the hanging windows in the horizontal,the structure of the transmission device,the window drive device and the displacement platform device are designed,the three-dimensional modeling of the whole structure is completed.The system design is based on the Coogol CPAC servo control test-bed,and adopts the GUC embedded multi axis general motion controller integrated with industrial computer as the control core,which realizes the automatic opening and closing operation of horizontal suspension windows.The human-computer interaction interface is designed to realize the system parameter input and online state monitoring.The test results show that the system effectively controls the window opening device and realizes the automatic opening and closing control of the window,which has broad market potential and certain reference value.
