摘 要:在军队新的领导指挥体制下,后勤保障要素全面纳入战区联指中心,科学评估后勤保障力要素能为联合作战指挥员提供决策支撑。通过研究后勤保障力理论,以后勤物资保障为例,提出战时物资保障数质、时空和军事意图三维矢量分析模型并分析其结果应用,最后按照后勤物资重要程度、部队补给梯次和作战阶段进行聚合得出后勤保障力模型。Under the new leadership in the army command system,logistics support elements have been integrated into the Theater Joint Command Center.Scientific evaluation of logistic support factors can provide decision support for joint commanders.This paper taking logistics material support as an example proposes a three-dimensional vector analysis model of wartime material support in terms of quantity,space-time and military intent by studying the basic theory of military logistics support,and analyzes its results and applications.Finally,the decision-making model of logistics command is obtained according to the importance degree of logistics materials,supply echelons of troops and operational stages.
