ACRL 2020年学术图书馆趋势报告解读及其对我国高校图书馆“十四五”规划的启示

摘　　要：美国大学与研究图书馆学会发展趋势报告是学术图书馆了解当前环境、制定未来发展规划的指导性报告。当前国内高校图书馆正处于"十四五"规划编制阶段,文章通过对ACRL 2020年发展趋势报告的全面解读,建议国内高校图书馆在"十四五"规划与实施过程中,注重提升馆员能力,增强馆员职业素养;加快建设下一代图书馆服务平台;依托新基建提供的信息基础设施发展智慧图书馆;推动全面开放获取,构建新型学术生态;注重信息安全,加强隐私数据保护;在疫情防控常态化形势下创新服务模式,适应并满足新环境下读者的新需求。Chinese academic libraries are in the 14 th five-year plan planning stage.The ACRL top trends in academic libraries is an important guiding report for academic libraries to understand the current environment and make future development plans.With a comprehensive interpretation of the 2020 top trends in academic libraries,this paper suggests that Chinese academic libraries in their 14 th five-year plan should enhance librarians’ abilities and professionalism,accelerate building the next generation of library service platforms,develop smart library based on the new information infrastructure construction,promote full open access,rebuild academic ecology,focus on information security,strengthen privacy data protection,and innovate service on regular prevention and control of COVID-19 to make sure that the development of libraries could continue to adapt to the new needs in new environment.
