摘　　要：半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂是一种普遍存在的蛋白酶抑制因子,能够与半胱氨酸蛋白酶可逆地竞争性结合并抑制其活性,从而参与调节机体多种生理和病理过程。简要综述了半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的分类、结构,以及来源于吸血动物及蛇毒的半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的生物学功能,以期揭示半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂在体内的作用及机制,为后续利用其进行相关疾病的治疗奠定基础。Cystatin is a protease inhibitor which exists extensively.And cystatin can bind to cysteine proteinas⁃es in a reversible and competitive manner which finally inhibits their activity.Thus,cystatin is involved in regulat⁃ing a variety of physiological and pathological processes.In this paper,the classification and structure of cystatin were summarized and analyzed.Furthermore,the biological functions of cystatins from bloodsucking animals and snake venom were also reviewed which revealed the activity and mechanism of cystatins from various sources in vi⁃vo and provided information on the treatment of the related diseases in the near future.
