腐植酸对尾巨桉DH32-29苗木生长及光合作用的影响

摘  要:分析桉树专用肥中添加腐植酸对尾巨桉DH32-29组培苗木生长及光合作用的影响.结果表明:各施肥处理均对苗木生长及光合速率有显著的促进作用,其中,泥炭腐植酸+桉专用肥、风化褐煤腐植酸+桉专用肥的促进作用最显著.腐植酸对苗木根系的生长影响最大,施用风化褐煤腐植酸、泥炭腐植酸肥料后根系生物量积累是施用桉专用肥的1.41和1.09倍,但对地上部分生物量积累的影响未表现出明显差异,可能与腐植酸对肥料的缓释作用有关;腐植酸肥料能明显改善苗木叶片的光合特性,显著提高叶片光合速率,并且风化褐煤腐植酸对光合作用的促进作用优于泥炭腐植酸.由主成分分析可知,风化褐煤腐植酸+桉专用肥(1.06)和泥炭腐植酸+桉专用肥(-0.01)得分最高,表明腐植酸对尾巨桉苗木生长及光合作用的促进效果优于未添加腐植酸的肥料.The effects of adding humic acid to Eucalyptus special fertilizer on the growth and photosynthesis of tissue culture seedlings of Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis DH32-29 were analyzed.The results showed that the growth and photosynthetic rate of seedlings were promoted by all of fertilization treatments and the promotion effects of peat humic acid+Eucalyptus special fertilizer and weathered lignite humic acid+Eucalyptus special fertilizer was the most significant.Humic acid had the greatest impact on the growth of seedling roots.The accumulation of root biomass after applying weathered lignite humic acid and peat humic acid fertilizer was as 1.41 and 1.09 times as that of eucalyptus special fertilizer respectively,but there was no significant difference in the accumulation of aboveground biomass,which might be related to the slow-release effect of humic acid fertilizers.Humic acid fertilizers distinctly improved the photosynthetic characteristics of seedlings with the significant increase of photosynthetic rate of leaves.It was valuable to find that weathered lignite humic acid had a better effect on photosynthesis than peat humic acid.Principal component analysis(PCA)showed that weathered lignite humic acid+Eucalyptus special fertilizer(1.06)and peat humic acid+Eucalyptus special fertilizer(-0.01)had the highest scores,indicating that the effects of humic acid fertilizers on the growth and photosynthesis of seedlings were better than the other two compound fertilizers without humic acid added.
