摘　　要：基于2013—2018年中国省域数据,结合了"VHSD-EM"模型对中国经济高质量发展展开时空测度与驱动因素分析。结果表明:时间维度下,全国半数以上省份的经济高质量发展水平在波动上升;东、中部地区的经济高质量发展呈周期性特征,西部地区则呈缓慢爬坡态势且改善最为明显。空间维度下,省域间经济高质量发展呈现一定的空间集聚性,并且空间差异呈缩小态势;区域之间呈现"东部地区>中部地区>西部地区"的分化格局。此外,所考察的六维度中,对外开放水平、协调发展水平和创新驱动水平对省域差异的贡献率在下降,而经济稳定发展、生态环境水平和社会发展水平的贡献率在扩大;科技要素、劳动力要素以及财政支出水平在很大程度上影响了省域经济高质量发展的差异化。High-quality development has become the basic direction of China′s economic and social development in the new era. As an organic part of China′s overall high-quality development, provincial economic high-quality development is directly related to the overall situation. According to the requirements of high-quality development, continuously enhancing the quality awareness in development and promoting the fundamental transformation of economy from "quantity" to "quality" will undoubtedly become an important guidance for various regions in China. Only by comprehensively analyzing the temporal and spatial law of high-quality economic development of provinces and understanding the main constraints of different provinces, can we further take effective measures to promote the high-quality economic development of China. But how to evaluate the dynamic trend of the high-quality economic development level of China′s provinces from the space-time dimension, and grasp the main factors which affecting the spatial-temporal changes of different provinces, there is still lack of relevant empirical research.Firstly, this paper starts from defining the connotation of high-quality economic development, and choosing the indicators which reflect the outcome of high-quality economic development to construct the index system by improving and adjusting the relevant existing index systems. Following the principles of representativeness, epochal character and operability, the index system includes six dimensions: stable economic development, innovation-driven level, coordinated development level, ecological environment level, openness level and social development level. Then this paper adopts "VHSD-EM" method to calculate the high-quality economic development level of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2018.From the perspective of time trend, compared with 2013, the level of high-quality economic development of more than half of the provinces in China is rising, and the ranking of high-quality economic development among provinces in
