摘　　要：文章研究目的是检验社会资本、心理资本对新生代农民工创业绩效的影响路径、影响程度。在文献回顾的基础上,提出创业机会识别和创业环境感知在社会资本、心理资本与新生代农民工创业绩效之间的作用机理模型,运用在陕西省实地调研的525份农户数据,通过结构方程模型进行验证。研究结果表明:新生代农民工社会资本和心理资本相互影响;新生代农民工的心理资本相对于社会资本,对其创业机会识别以及创业环境感知的影响更为显著;新生代农民工的创业机会识别和创业环境感知两个中介变量对创业绩效均有显著正向影响,都有助于新生代农民工创业绩效的提高,其中创业机会识别的中介作用更为突出。The new generation of migrant workers is an important part of China′s rural construction. Encouraging their entrepreneurship and improving entrepreneurial performance is an important way to promote rural revitalization. With the continuous deepening of entrepreneurial research, the role of intangible capital such as social capital and psychological capital on the entrepreneurial performance of the new generation of migrant workers has become increasingly prominent. So the purpose of this paper is to examine the influence path and degree of social capital and psychological capital on the entrepreneurial performance of the new generation of migrant workers, as well as the mediating role of entrepreneurial opportunity identification and entrepreneurial environment perception.On the basis of literature review, this paper proposes the mechanism model of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial environment perception between social capital, psychological capital and entrepreneurial performance of the new generation of migrant workers, which is verified by the structural equation model based on 525 rural household data collected in Shaanxi Province. The results show that the social capital and psychological capital of the new generation of migrant workers influence each other, the new generation of migrant workers′ psychological capital has a more significant impact on their entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial environment perception. The new generation of migrant workers′ recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities and the entrepreneurial environment perception both have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial performance in which the intermediary role of entrepreneurial opportunity identification is more prominent. The research of this paper expands the content of the new generation of migrant workers′ entrepreneurial management, enriches the new generation of migrant workers′ entrepreneurial management theory, and inspires the new generation of migrant work
