摘　　要：目的探究监测呼气末二氧化碳分压波形曲线及数值的临床价值。方法选取2019年10月~2020年10月,样本为150例全麻术后入麻醉复苏室患者,随机划分为研究组、对照组,对照组患者行常规监测,研究组患者以对照增加PetCO2监测,对比两组各项指标。结果对比两组不良事件发现时间等指标,研究组更具优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PetCO2监测全麻患者临床价值突出,可全面推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of monitoring the end-expiratory carbon dioxide partial pressure waveform curves and values.Methods From October 2019 to October 2020,150 patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The patients in the study group were monitored by routine PetCO2.Results Compared with the two groups,the study group had more advantages(P<0.05).Conclusion PetCO2 monitoring of general anesthesia patients has outstanding clinical value and can be comprehensively popularized.
