摘　　要：目的探讨MDT模式管控孕妇合理增重对妊娠期糖尿病发生的效果观察。方法选取2017年5月~2019年5月在本院产科门诊进行常规产前检查的,孕周≤18周,排除妊娠合并症的200例孕妇。根据干预方法不同分为MDT模式管控组未观察组、医护联合模式管控组进行管理为对照组,每组纳入100例孕妇。观察其孕期体重增长的情况对GDM的发生率、并发症、分娩方式、母婴结局的影响。结果观察组妊娠期糖尿病的发生率、剖宫产率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿测血糖次数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论对≤18周孕妇进行多学科联合的干预可以很好地控制孕妇的妊娠期糖尿病的发生率、并发症,减少新生儿的并发症影响。Objective To investigate the effect of MDT management mode on the reasonable weight gain of pregnant women to the occurrence of gestational diabetes.METHODS choose 200 pregnant≤18 weeks women without complications,accepting routine perinatal examinations in obstetrics clinics of the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019.These women were divided into the MDT mode control group and the medical joint mode control group,and 100 pregnant women were included in each group.Observe the effect of weight gain during pregnancy on the incidence of GDM,complications,mode of delivery,and maternal and child outcomes.Results The incidence of gestational diabetes and cesarean section rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of blood glucose measurement in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary interventions for pregnant women≤18 weeks can well control the incidence and complications of gestational diabetes in pregnant women and reduce the impact of neonatal complications.
