摘　　要：【目的/意义】分析开放网络环境下行业信息服务融合实现机制及推进策略,为行业信息服务融合的实施和设计提供参考。【方法/过程】首先建立开放网络环境下行业信息服务融合总体框架,并分情境探讨服务融合的实现模式;继而,分析行业信息服务融合的推进策略。【结果/结论】开放网络环境下行业信息服务融合可以视为由资源层、服务层、融合层、UI层和质量控制机制构成的层次结构,服务融合的具体模式可以归纳为请求-应答型、线性多阶段、并行多阶段和混合多阶段四种模式。提出了构建开放服务集成平台、开放服务标准化建设、信息服务开放式融合自动化的推进策略。【Purpose/significance】This paper analyzes the implementation mechanism and promotion strategy of the industry information service fusion in the open network environment, and provides reference for the implementation and top-level design of the industry information service fusion.【Method/process】Firstly, the general framework of industry information service fusion in the open network environment is established, and the implementation mode of service fusion is discussed in different scenarios. Then, the paper analyzes the promotion strategy of industry information service fusion.【Result/conclusion】In the open network environment, industry information service fusion can be regarded as a hierarchical structure composed of resource layer, service layer, composition layer, UI layer and quality control mechanism. The specific mode of service fusion can be classified into four modes: request-response mode, linear multi-stage mode, parallel multi-stage mode and mixed multi-stage mode. In terms of promotion strategy, we should start from three aspects: building open service fusion platform, promoting open service standardization, and promoting open information service fusion automation.
