摘  要:本文阐述了氧化铝的化学成分、粒度、形貌、比表面积、异物等对其锂离子电池隔膜应用性能的影响,氣化铝化学纯度越高,其电气性能越好,同时金属离子会影响其浆体性能。氧化铝粒度分布越集中,隔膜透气率越高,其形貌越接近球形,其比表面积越小,越有利于隔獏浆体的分散性及隔膜水份的控制,金属、非金属及纤维异物严重影响其电气性能,必须严格控制异物的含量。s:In this paper,the effect of the chemical composition,particle size,morphology,specific surface area and foreign matter of aluminum oxide on the application performance of the lithium ion battery separator was discussed.Study found that the higher alumina chemical purity,the better the performance of the electric.At the same time,metal ions will affect its slurry properties.The more concentrated the alumina particle size distribution,the better the permeability of the separator.The closer its morphology is to a spherical shape,the smaller its specific surface area,which is more conducive to the dispersion of the slurry and the control of the separator^moisture.Metal,non-metal and fiber foreign matter seriously affect its electrical performance,and its content must be strictly controlled.
