摘  要:电解槽阴极结构由槽壳体和内衬砌体构成,内衬砌体是铝电解电化学反应的容器。内衬砌体中阴极碳块组作为主要导电元件在铝电解槽中起着至关重要的作用,它由阴极钢棒和阴极碳块组装而成。铝电解生产时,电流从铝母线经铝导杆流入槽内,再经过阳极炭块、电解质、铝液及阴极碳块,最后从阴极钢棒流出。阴极钢棒在电解槽正常运行期间一旦发生浸蚀现象,就会引起电流偏流,严重时会发生滚铝,甚至有漏炉风险。本文主要针对铝电解槽阴极钢棒被浸蚀现象进行相关试验及原因探析,提出了避免阴极钢棒被浸蚀的防护措施,消除安全隐患,达到延长电解槽寿命的目的。The cathode structure of electrolytic cell is composed of the cell shell and the lining,and the lining is the container for the aluminum electrochemical reaction.As the main conductive element in the lining,the cathode carbon assembly plays a crucial role in the aluminum electrolytic cell,and it is assembled by the cathode steel bar and the cathode carbon block.In aluminum electrolysis production,the current flows into the cell from the aluminum bus through the aluminum guide rod,then through the anode carbon block,electrolyte,aluminum liquid and cathode carbon block,and finally through the cathode steel bar.During the normal operation of electrolytic cell,the corrosion of cathode steel bar will cause current deflection,aluminum rolling and even the risk of cell leakage.In this paper,the corrosion phenomenon of cathode steel bars in aluminum electrolytic cell was tested and analyzed,and the protective measures to avoid corrosion of cathode steel bars were put forward to eliminate potential safety hazards and prolong the service life of electrolytic cell.
