摘　　要：本文提出了一种基于炭素焙烧炉热工测试平台空间测点溫度分布数据的可视化展示方法。通过对炭素焙烧炉的测试数据进行符合工艺实际情况的插值预处理和格式化处理,建立了二维、三维多个切面的全测量点的全生命周期的温度分布动态云图分析展示,帮助工艺人员更为直观地理解、分析数据。本文提出的可视化分析方法已应用国内某炭素厂焙烧炉热工测试平台实际测试中,效果良好。This paper proposes a data visualizeation method for measured temperature in different position of flue and anode during the baking process furnace.According with the practical situation,the spatial and time interpolation method which is used in measured data.After data formatted automatically,it developed temperature Contour such as 2D and 3D based on formatted data.It provides a convenient,efficient and intuitive tool for technicians to analysize the data.The method put forward in the paper has been applied to and achieved good results during heat test of anode baking furnace in a carbon plant.
