摘　　要：本文针对用于生产炭素阳极糊料的混捏螺旋表面耐磨层出现严重磨损的情况,浅析应用堆焊技术维修螺旋绞刀的技术,同时文章对维修条件和要求作了分析,并对相应采取的堆焊规范和技术要求进行阐述。In this paper,the surface wear-resistant coat of kneading screw used for carbon anode paste is seriously worn,and analyzes the application of hardfacing technology to repair spiral reamer.At the same time,the maintenance conditions and requirements are analyzed,and the corresponding welding specifications and technical requirements are described.
