摘　　要：目的:规范院内静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)的防治护理工作,为住院患者提供规范、同质的VTE护理。方法:建立院内VTE防治护理专项小组,完善VTE防治护理程序,构建VTE管理信息化平台,采用多种形式的VTE知识培训,进行VTE防治质量监控。结果:组建VTE防治护理专项小组后,VTE高危患者健康教育知晓率为84.2%,高于组建前48.4%(P<0.05),VTE评估准确率为93.60%,高于组建前89.10%(P<0.05),VTE预防措施执行率为90.40%,高于组建前83.00%(P<0.05)。结论:VTE防治护理专项小组的管理模式,规范了护理行为,提高了院内VTE护理质量。[Objective]To standardize the prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism(VTE)in hospitals,and provide standardized and homogeneous VTE care for hospitalized patients.[Method]The VTE prevention and treatment nursing special team in the hospital was established,the VTE prevention and treatment nursing procedures were improved,and the VTE management information platform was constructed.We have adopted various forms of VTE knowledge training to monitor the quality of VTE prevention.[Result]After the formation of the VTE prevention and nursing special group,the awareness rate of health education for VTE high-risk patients was 84.2%,which was higher than 48.4%before the establishment(P<0.05),and the accuracy rate of VTE assessment was 93.60%,which was higher than 89.10%before the establishment(P<0.05),The implementation rate of VTE preventive measures was 90.40%,which was higher than 83.00%before the establishment(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The management model of the VTE prevention and nursing special team standardizes nursing behavior and improves the quality of VTE nursing in the hospital.
