摘 要:对采集的百合干生产厂家的百合干产品及实验室采集的鲜兰州百合并模拟百合干生产加工过程制作百合干采用凯氏蒸馏-滴定法测定百合干样品中的二氧化硫含量并对其进行对比分析,结果表明:鲜兰州百合自制百合干和百合干生产企业生产的百合干中均含有一定量的二氧化硫,即百合干中都含有二氧化硫本底值,根据百合干中二氧化硫含量分布及频次,认为百合干中二氧化硫含量的本底值范围为2.22~6.50 mg/kg。The content of sulfur dioxide in the sample was determined by kjeldahl distillation titration method through collecting dried lily products from lily manufacturers and collecting fresh lily in the laboratory and simulating the process of dried lily production.The results showed that there was a certain amount of sulfur dioxide in the dried lily made by fresh Lanzhou lily and the dried lily produced by the manufacturer,that is,the background value of sulfur dioxide in the dried lily.According to the distribution and frequency of sulfur dioxide content in lily stem,it is suggested that the background value of sulfur dioxide content in lily stem should range from 2.22 mg/kg to 6.5 mg/kg.
