摘 要:目的分析门诊静脉采血护理当中应用持续质量改进(CQI)的效果。方法选择20188月-2019年8月期间本院门诊就诊的120例采血患者,采用随机数据表达分为两组,每组分别60例。对对照组采取常规护理方式,对实验组采取CQI,对两组抽血穿刺、健康宣教、等待时间以及送检的满意度进行比较。结果实施CQI后,实验组抽血穿刺、健康宣教、等待时间以及送检这四项的满意度都要比对照组要高,抽血护理不良事件的出现率明显减少,并且两组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊静脉抽血护理中采用CQI,能够显著提高门诊静脉抽血护理质量与满意度,改进健康宣教效果,避免出现采血护理不良事件。Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement(CQI)in outpatient venous blood collection care.Methods A total of 120 blood sampling patients who visited the outpatient clinic of our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into two groups using random data expression,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine care,and the experimental group was treated with CQI.The two groups were compared with blood puncture,health education,waiting time,and satisfaction with submission.Results After the implementation of CQI,the experimental group had higher satisfaction with blood puncture,health education,waiting time,and submission than the control group.The incidence of adverse events in blood drawing and nursing was significantly reduced,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.There is statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of CQI in outpatient venous blood drawing care can significantly improve the quality and satisfaction of outpatient venous blood drawing care,improve the effect of health education,and avoid adverse events in blood drawing care.
