摘 要:现行《城市综合管廊工程技术规范》(GB 50838—2015)中关于综合管廊防火分区设计长度的规定,虽然保证了综合管廊消防安全性,但是限制了综合管廊施工安装及运行维护效率。实践经验表明,防火分区设计长度具有一定的拓延空间。从人员安全疏散角度,提出综合管廊疏散安全性准则,构建基于改进社会力模型综合管廊人员安全疏散仿真模型,分析火灾环境参数(如能见度和烟气刺激性等)对人员安全疏散时间的影响,总结出防火分区设计长度与疏散时间之间的关系。研究结果表明,在充分考虑烟气刺激性的影响下,防火分区设计长度值可拓展至437 m。In the existing standard Technical Code for Urban Utility Tunnel Engineering( GB50838-2015),the provisions on the design length of the utility tunnel fire compartment,although guarantee the utility tunnel fire safety, they restrict the construction, installation, operation and maintenance efficiency of the utility tunnel. Practical experience indicates that the fire compartment design length has a certain extension space. From the perspective of personnel safe evacuation,this paper puts forward utility tunnel evacuation safety standards, and builds a utility tunnel personnel safe evacuation simulation model based on the improved social force model,analyzes environmental parameters of fire,such as visibility and flue gas excitant,influence on the safe evacuation time,and summarizes the relationship between the fire compartment design length and the evacuation time. The results show that the fire compartment design length can be extended to 437 m under the influence of smoke irritation.
