摘　　要：DRGs付费是当前国际上公认的比较先进和科学的付费方式,其强化了医保对医疗行为的引导、制约和监管作用,对医院管理提出了更高要求。自2018年沈阳市医保实施DRGs付费以来,某大型三级公立医院各相关部门协同配合,结合医院自身特点,积极探索管理办法,采取多种措施,逐步适应了医保支付方式改革,在控制医疗费用增长、提高医疗质量和效率方面都取得了良好效果。文章将某医院DRGs管理办法、经验进行整理,旨在为公立医院更好适应医保支付方式改革提供借鉴。DRG payment is a relatively advanced and scientific payment method recognized internationally at present,which strengthens the role of medical insurance in guiding,restricting and supervising medical behavior,and puts forward higher requirements for hospital management.Since the implementation of DRG payment for medical insurance in Shenyang in 2018,and combined with the hospital’s own characteristics,all the relevant departments of a large public hospital of grade three have cooperated with each other,explored actively the management methods,adopted a variety of measures to gradually adapt to the reform of medical insurance payment method,and achieved good results in controlling the growth of medical costs and improving the quality and efficiency of medical care.This paper sorted out the DRG management methods and experience of a hospital,aiming to provide reference for public hospitals to better adapt to the reform of medical insurance payment mode.
