摘  要:为了研究超声预处理对石墨精选效果的影响,进行了不同超声功率、预处理时间、药剂用量的石墨浮选实验,研究了超声预处理后石墨浮选速度的变化.研究结果表明:超声功率1.6 kW,预处理4 min的浮选精矿产率、碳的质量分数、回收率分别比常规浮选高5.83%,3.22%,9.15%;当获得相同的精矿产率、回收率时,超声预处理浮选与常规浮选相比浮选捕收剂用量降低25%~50%;捕收剂和起泡剂的用量对超声预处理浮选精矿碳含量没有明显影响;超声预处理浮选与常规浮选相比浮选速度降低;当超声预处理与原样的粒度组成相同时,超声预处理后的浮选速度大于常规浮选速度;因此超声预处理能明显提高石墨精选效果.In order to study the effect of ultrasonic pretreatment on the cleaner separation of graphite, the flotation experiments of graphite with different ultrasonic power, pretreatment time and reagent dosage were carried out and the change of graphite flotation speed after ultrasonic pretreatment was studied. The results show that the concentrate yield, concentrate carbon content and recovery of cleaner flotation after ultrasonic pretreatment are 5.83%, 3.22% and 9.15% higher than those of conventional flotation respectively with ultrasonic power of 1.6 kW and pretreatment time of 4 min. When the same concentrate yield and recovery are obtained, the collector dosage for the flotation after ultrasonic pretreatment can be reduced by 25%—50% compared with that for conventional flotation. The dosage of collector and frother has no significant effect on the carbon content of flotation concentrate after ultrasonic pretreatment. The flotation speed after ultrasonic pretreatment is lower than that of conventional flotation. When the particle size composition of ultrasonic pretreatment is the same as that of the original sample, the flotation speed of ultrasonic pretreatment is higher than that of conventional flotation;so ultrasonic pretreatment can obviously improve the effect of graphite cleaning.
