摘  要:低温是重要的非生物胁迫因子之一,严重影响植物的生长。为抵御低温伤害,植物体内逐步形成了复杂且高效的分子调控机制。文中综述了植物对低温信号的感知与传递、响应低温胁迫的转录因子种类和转录调控过程,初步阐述了低温胁迫下植物的分子响应机制,提出该领域研究中存在的问题和今后研究的重点,以期为进一步解析植物适应低温胁迫的分子调控机制提供参考,同时为将来研究目的植物抗寒性遗传改良提供基础。Low temperature is one of the important abiotic stresses, which seriously contains the growth of plants. In order to resist the harm of low temperature, plants have developed complex and efficient molecular regulation mechanism. This paper reviews the low-temperature signal perception and transduction and the varieties of transcription factors and the transcriptional regulation processes of plants in response to low temperature, preliminarily expounds the molecular response mechanism of plants under low temperature stress, and identifies the problems and the future focus of the research in this field. This research would provide a reference for further analysis of the molecular regulation mechanism that help plants adapt to low temperature stress, and also provide a basis for genetic improvement for the cold resistance of plants in future research.
