肿瘤科护士对临床试验研究的认知现状与影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析肿瘤科护士对临床试验研究的认知现状与影响因素,以促进临床试验工作的顺利进行。方法2019年1月-12月调查获取我院肿瘤科130名护士的人口学特征、临床试验研究知识的认知情况、临床试验研究培训参加情况,总结分析护士对临床试验研究的认知现状,通过统计学分析判定其认知现状的影响因素。结果临床试验研究认知总均分为(21.7±3.6)分,认知良好率为31.5%。单因素分析结果显示,工作年限≥5年、技术职称为主管护师及以上、职务为护士长、学历本科及以上、培训参加次数≥3次及参加的培训种类≥3种的肿瘤科护士临床试验研究认知良好率更高(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,技术职称、职务、学历、培训参加次数及培训种类是肿瘤科护士临床试验研究认知现状的影响因素。结论肿瘤科护士对临床试验研究的认知现状不容乐观,认识度处于及格水平,其受到护士人口学特征、临床试验研究培训参加情况的多种因素影响,应加强肿瘤科护士队伍建设,采取有效的教育培训措施,提高肿瘤科护士对临床试验研究的认知度。Objective To analyze the cognition situation for clinical trial research of nurses in department of oncology and its influencing factors,and promote the progress of clinical trials.Methods:The survey obtained the demographic characteristics,cognition of clinical trial research knowledge,clinical trial research training participation of 130 oncology nurses,the knowledge of clinical trial research knowledge were investigated,the cognition status of all research subjects on clinical trial research were summarized and analyzed,and the influencing factors of their cognition status were determined through statistical analysis.Results:The total cognition of clinical trials of all research subjects in this group was(21.7±3.6)points,and the cognitive good rate was 31.5%.Single factor analysis showed that working years≥5 years,supervisor nurses or above,head nurses with professional titles,bachelor degree or above,clinical trial research training frequency≥3 times,and training types≥3 kinds of oncology nurses'clinical trial studies had a higher rate of cognitive goodness(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that technical titles,job titles,academic qualifications,number and types of clinical trial research training participation were influencing factors for the cognition situation of nurses in department of oncology.Conclusion:The cognition situation of nurses in department of oncology is not optimistic,and their recognition is at a pass level,it is affected by many factors such as the demographic characteristics of nurses and clinical trial research training participation.It should be strengthened by effective education and training measures to increase the awareness of oncology nurses in clinical trial research.
