枸地氯雷他定片用于慢性鼻窦炎内窥镜术患者的疗效及对鼻黏液纤毛清除功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探析枸地氯雷他定片在慢性鼻窦炎(chronic sinusitis,CS)内镜术治疗中的应用效果及对患者鼻黏液纤毛清除功能的作用。方法:将2016年8月~2019年10月我院耳鼻咽喉科接治的108例CS患者纳入观察研究中,基于数字表法随机分成探究组和对照组,均行鼻内镜术治疗,对照组未联用药物,探究组联用枸地氯雷他定片,对比两组疗效,并测定手术前后患者血清TIgE、ECP及鼻黏液纤毛清除功能指标。结果:探究组治疗总有效率为96.15%,显著高于对照组的86.54%(P<0.05)。术后测定两组患者血清TIgE、ECP均有降低,但探究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后两组患者鼻腔黏液纤毛传输速率(MTR)、糖精清除时间(SCT)均有改善,但探究组更优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间的不良反应率不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在CS内镜术治疗中应用枸地氯雷他定片可有效提升疗效,减轻变态反应,改善鼻黏液纤毛清除功能,且不良反应少而轻,有着重要临床价值。Objective:to explore the effect of desloratadine cotonide in endoscopic treatment of chronic sinusitis and its effect on mucociliary clearance.Methods:Will be from August 2016to October 2019 hospital otolaryngology department after treated 108 cases of chronic sinusitis patients into the study,based on the digital meter method randomly divided into explore group and the control group,were performed for the treatment of nasal endoscopy,the control group did not drug combination,combination citrate acid to explore group loratadine tablets,compared two groups of curative effect,and before and after surgery patients serum TIgE,ECP and nasal mucus cilia clearance function index.Results:The total effective rate was 96.15%in the exploration group,which was significantly higher than 86.54%in the control group(P<0.05).The serum TIgE and ECP of the two groups were decreased,but the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the operation,the nasal mucus cilia transmission rate(MTR)and saccharine removal time(SCT)of the two groups were improved,but the investigation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of desloratadine cotonide in the endoscopic treatment of chronic sinusitis can effectively improve the curative effect,reduce the allergic reaction,and improve the ciliary clearance function of nasal mucus.
