丹丽心脉通胶囊联合西药对气虚血瘀型心绞痛患者心功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹丽心脉通胶囊联合西药对气虚血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛患者心功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年8月收治的80例气虚血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛患者,分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予丹丽心脉通胶囊联合西药治疗,对照组给予西药治疗,比较两组心功能疗效、治疗前后心功能指标、生活质量评分及血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平。结果:观察组心功能疗效总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);治疗前两组心功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组明尼苏达心衰问卷(minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire,LHFQ)量表评分及血浆BNP指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组LHFQ量表评分及血浆BNP水平均下降且低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹丽心脉通胶囊联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型心绞痛可提高临床疗效,改善患者心功能,提高生活质量,值得推广。Objective:To explore and analyze the effects of Danli Xinmaitong capsules combined with western medicine on the heart function and quality of life of patients with unstable angina pectoris caused by Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with unstable angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type admitted from February 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given Danli Xinmaitong capsule combined with western medicine treatment,while the control group was given western medicine treatment.Cardiac function,cardiac function indexes,quality of life scores and plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of cardiac function in the treatment group was 95.00%compared with 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the index of cardiac function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,indexes of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(LHFQ)score and plasma BNP index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the LHFQ score and plasma BNP level in the observation group decreased and were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danli Xinmaitong capsule combined with western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy,the heart function of patients,and the quality of life.It is worthy of promotion.
