摘　　要：笔者通过分析肺炎临床各期症状,提出新冠肺炎"窍闭络阻"是核心病机,时刻透邪外出是治疗中心思想,应将"透窍""祛邪"思想贯穿新冠肺炎全程。本文从"透窍法"原理出发,结合自身临证经验,认识本次疫病全程的发展转归,给临证工作者提供借鉴。The authors analyzed the clinical symptoms of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)in different stages,and proposed that the"cryo-blocking and obstructing"was the core pathogenesis of the disease.The central idea of the treatment was to driven out the pathogens,and the thoughts of"inducing resuscitation"and"eliminating pathogens"should be carried out throughout the whole process.This article,based on the principle of"inducing resuscitation method"combined with the authors’own clinical experience,aims to understand the development of the entire course of the epidemic,and to provide reference for clinicians.
