甘草桔梗射干汤加味治疗急性单纯性咽炎(肺胃实热证)临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察甘草桔梗射干汤加味治疗急性单纯性咽炎(肺胃实热证)的效果。方法将100例急性单纯性咽炎(肺胃实热证)患者纳入研究,将其以随机信封法分为中医组与西医组各50例。西医组予西医常规治疗,中医组予甘草桔梗射干汤加味治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后疼痛程度、生活质量及血清炎症因子水平。结果中医组总有效率98.00%,高于西医组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后中医组及西医组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均低于治疗前,且中医组低于西医组(均P<0.05)。治疗后中医组各项生活质量评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后中医组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于西医组(均P<0.05)。结论甘草桔梗射干汤加味治疗急性单纯性咽炎(肺胃实热证)的疗效显著,可显著减轻患者疼痛,提高生活质量,下调血清炎症因子水平。Objective:To study the effect of Modified Gancao Jiegeng Shegan Decoction for acute simple pharyngitis with excessive heat syndrome of lung and stomach.Methods:A total of 100 cases of acute simple pharyngitis with excessive heat syndrome of lung and stomach from March 2017 to December 2019 were included in the study and divided into the Chinese medicine group and western medicine group by random envelope method,50 cases in each group.The western medicine group received traditional western medicine treatment,and the Chinese medicine group received Modified Gancao Jiegeng Shegan Decoction.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and quality of life deterioration before and after treatment,and serum levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 98.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the western medicine group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of both the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group were lower after treatment than before treatment,and the Chinese medicine group was lower than the western medicine group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of life quality in the Chinese medicine group were all lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6 in the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the western group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Gancao Jiegeng Shegan Decoction for acute simple pharyngitis with excessive heat syndrome of lung and stomach has a significant effect,which can significantly reduce pain,improve quality of life and lower the level of serum inflammatory factors.
