摘  要:采用透射电镜(TEM)观察和第二相析出相关理论对无取向硅钢中氮化物的析出机理及其对晶粒长大的影响进行了研究。结合理论计算和检测分析表明,无取向硅钢中氮化物主要为AlN和TiN。含铝无取向硅钢中AlN和TiN在连铸过程优先在晶界形核,随着温度的降低将以位错形核为主。在均热过程中,高牌号无取向硅钢中AlN和低牌号无取向电工钢中TiN平衡析出量分别达97%和95%以上,但无铝无取向电工钢中AlN和高牌号无取向硅钢中TiN主要在热轧、卷取和退火过程中析出且尺寸较小。薄板坯流程无铝无取向电工钢中[Als]含量达到93×10^(-6)时,钢中AlN的析出将明显抑制晶粒长大。含铝无取向硅钢中的AlN将对退火过程中的晶粒长大起到抑制作用,且对低牌号无取向电工钢影响更大。By transmission electron microscopy(TEM) observation and the correlation theory of second phase precipitation, the precipitation mechanism of nitride in non-oriented silicon steel and its effect on grain growth were investigated. The results show that the nitrides are mainly AlN and TiN in the non-oriented silicon steels. The AlN and TiN in the aluminum-containing non-oriented silicon steel are preferentially nucleated at the grain boundary during the continuous casting process, and the dislocation nucleation will be dominant as the temperature decreases. During the soaking process, the equilibrium precipitation amount of the AlN in high-grade non-oriented silicon steel and the TiN in low-grade non-oriented electrical steel is more than 97% and 95%, respectively. However, the AlN in aluminum-free non-oriented electrical steel and the TiN in high-grade non-oriented steels are mainly precipitated in the process of hot rolling, coiling and annealing, and its size is small. When the[Als] content in aluminum-free non-oriented electrical steel which is prepared by CSP(Compact strip production) reaches 93×10^(-6), the precipitation of AlN in the steel will significantly inhibit grain growth. The AlN in the aluminum-containing non-oriented silicon steel will inhibit the grain growth during annealing, and has a greater effect on low grade non-oriented electrical steel.
