摘　　要：介绍如何通过计算来确定长短台面组合静态轨道衡的台面长度,以满足对多种不同型号铁路货车的静态称量。通过对计量方法优化设计,在称量过程中实现了称重软件根据车辆长度自动选择单台面还是长短台面组合称量,从而大幅提高计量效率,杜绝人工计量差错。To meet the static weighing of various types of railway vans,this paper introduces the method to determine the length of long and short countertops of static track scale.By optimizing the measurement method,the weighing software can automatically select a single countertop or a combination of the long and short countertop to weigh according to the vehicle length during the weighing process,which improves weighing efficiency greatly and eliminates the manual measurement errors.
